I am always amazed with Pilates… it’s such a beautiful artform in so many ways! So much concentration and beauty… It’s amazing how she does these different moves and makes them feel effortless… she is so poised and healthy! I was definately sore just shooting and watching but oh so inspired!!… I must try this sometime soon! This is Christina Gadar with Pilates Personal Training here in Sarasota.
