Kollene Carlsson grew up and lives in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. She dreams of amazing places and lovely times with her husband and three sweet kids! Kollene began photographing life as she sees it in her early 20s, always toting a camera and watching the light helps her to notice all the beauty this world really has. She is self taught attending many photography workshops and conventions. She owns and operates a boutique photography studio, Blonde Cow Photography, LLC., together with her husband, Mattias. The studio is located downtown Sarasota in historical Burns Court. They have been in business creating art for families since 2007. She hopes to inspire people to see so much beauty in life and how to capture it.

so sweet watching our little Cecilia having a little friend… for so long all she has known or wanted to be around is her big sister… so it’s so sweet seeing her and little Mallory! This year in kindergarten she met sweet Mallory and their friendship took off. I just love little 6 year old…

I think one of my favorite things about this summer is just being home… inviting friends and family over… making really fun things to eat… having time! That’s what I love!We made this amazing strawberry cake for dessert… the drizzle on top was lemon… oh my it was so yummy! We had these sweet friends…

a visit from the fairy…

such a big day… it’s that last little stage of no longer a baby… and I don’t think we’re really ever ready for this to happen… losing a first tooth reminds me of her as a baby… because darnit I remember when she got that tooth! it was her first tooth! and now the fairy…

alligators and a little hike…

Had such a nice day out at Myakka!… one of those places you kinda forget about until you have out of town family visiting… not sure why. It’s so nice out here in the swampy peaceful quietness… only the sounds of whirly birds and lizards hopping from palm frawn to palm frawn… fish jumping, alligators…
